Papers submission requires an Abstract not more than 250 words with the title of the papers, name(s), email address of the author(s), organization name and it also should summarize the context , content and conclusions of the paper. Abstracts should be written using writing Times New Roman size 12 points with single line spacing and margin 1” in the left and right. This abstract need to send via email to urusetia.nctveti@gmail.com.  Submissions will be reviewed by a conference committee.



Formatting

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding (book), which will be distributed to delegates during the Conference.

Each paper is limited to 8 pages only. If the page more than 8 pages, RM50 will be charges. Please follow the Manuscript Template below.


Paper Submission

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.doc) will be accepted  by Email urusetia.nctveti@gmail.com.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both  review and editing.

Publication Ethics - Penalty against Plagiarism

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

REGISTRATION FEE

Early bird participant       : RM100 (until 15.02.2015)
Normal rate                     : RM150 (After 15.02.2015)
Non Presenter                : RM50 (Until 30.04.2015)

The payment should be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) until 15 February 2015. After 15 February 2015, registration fee at the normal rate. All payments made need to be accompanied by proof of payment (i.e. bank-in slip / online bank transfer payment) to be emailed to the urusetia.nctveti@gmail.com or whatsapp to Mrs. Roslinda binti Ismail (0139873112) or Mr. Hazmee Bin Abd Halim (0139883959).

No Refund Policy

There will be no refund policy to non attendance participants. However, non attendance participants may send substitute person with no addition charge. Please inform us immediately if you cannot come.
